If “yes” then you will benefit from undertaking the OnCourse Community Leadership Programme, a unique skills training programme.  OnCourse offers leadership training to individuals from diverse backgrounds to provide the skills needed to champion local projects or serve on the management structures of local public and community organisations.

Since it was first piloted in 2002, the OnCourse Community Leadership Programme has provided 200 aspiring individuals with the skills and confidence to fulfil leadership roles within their local communities such as becoming School governors, Charity trustees, Sure Start Directors, Voluntary sector management committee members, etc.

The OnCourse Programme was the first accredited Community Leadership Programme in the UK and is now available under licence so that it can be delivered throughout the country.
