OnCourse is a spin out from Nottingham Development Enterprise, a not for profit regeneration agency - www.nde.org.uk  (Charity Registered in England 1106174).

In 2001 NDE first researched and developed the programme, piloting it in 2002, in order to create a city leadership development and succession plan for Nottingham.  The Programme has since been extensively evaluated, accredited and is now only available in a licensed format to enable it to be rolled out beyond Nottingham.

OnCourse retains highly experienced training consultants who will ensure that Official OnCourse Licensees and their trainers are equipped to deliver the programme on its behalf.
