Each event features business speakers discussing aspects of how their approach to innovation has led to the growth of their companies.

The purpose of the events will be to gain insights in to how companies have developed their respective product, service or process innovations, where the ideas came from, how setbacks were overcome and how creativity and innovation are fostered within their businesses. The intention is to offer ideas and inspiration to local businesses by learning from the experiences of successful business Innovation "leaders".

The format is that of an informal interview conversation session, followed by a Q and A, in front of a selected audience of around 50 business leaders interested in learning about aspects of innovation. There is also a networking opportunity following the main part of the event.
