OnCourse and its parent organisation NDE has a substantial track record of undertaking research and consultancy work on civic and community leadership issues in both in the UK and USA. A by-product of this research is the pioneering OnCourse Community Leadership Programme - the first accredited community leadership programme in the UK. The programme is unique in that its focus is on skill development, rather than community orientation. It uses community leadership competencies, which have been developed via extensive research undertaken by NDE. Through its network of trainers and consultants OnCourse is able to provide a wide range of leadership training and consultancy services.
